Return & Refund Policy

1. Case of Manufacturing Defect:

At VelgoHub, we adhere to a 3-Day Return & Exchange policy for all products purchased from our website – velgohub.splitmoonstudios.com, solely in the event of a manufacturing defect. In such instances, we facilitate an immediate return/exchange at no additional cost. Simply drop an email with images and evidence of the defect to our customer support team at support@velgohub.splitmoonstudios.com.

2. Case of No Manufacturing Defect:

For non-discounted products bought from velgohub.splitmoonstudios.com, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange policy, even if there is no manufacturing defect. We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase from VelgoHub. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Returned items must be in an unused condition with original packaging and sales receipt.
  • Altered or externally repaired items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Products should be tried without damage and kept in dust bags until the decision to keep them is made. Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of daily wear, tear, or dirt will not be accepted.

If your order has been shipped, kindly wait for its arrival before initiating a cancellation by contacting our orders team through the “My Orders” section to raise a cancel request.

For seamless returns, ensure the product is packed as it was when received.

Upon confirmation:

  • For refunds, we issue store credit minus return courier charges and original shipping/COD charges (if applicable).
  • For exchanges, if the order was picked up by our courier partner, a payment of 150/- is required. If self-shipped, no additional cost applies.

5. Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel orders online within 12 hours, with the refund reflecting within 7-10 working days. If cancellation is requested after 12 hours, a charge of 150/- per item may apply, subject to management approval.
